Red Snapper
- 50 ML Singapore Gin
- 150 ML tomato juice/ 15 ML lemon juice
- 7 drops Tabasco/ 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 2 pinches salt/ 2 grinds black pepper
Rim your glass with salt and pepper. Add the rest of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, then strain into your glass. Garnish with half a celery stick.
